Lucid Digital was founded by Steve, a Perth-based business owner who spent years running Dynaspan — a custom steel shed and patio construction company serving Perth's eastern suburbs. Like most trade businesses, Dynaspan ran on a mix of spreadsheets, emails, and manual processes. It worked — until it didn't.
The pivot came when Steve began building automation systems to connect ClickUp, Xero, Gmail, and Google Calendar into a single operating system for the business. Jobs stopped falling through the cracks. Extras got billed. Scheduling ran itself. Hours that used to disappear into admin came back.
That experience — of building automations that actually work in a real, messy business — is what Lucid Digital is built on. We're not a faceless agency. We're a Perth team that's been in the trenches, and we build systems we'd want to use ourselves.
